About the Journal
LETTERLIJK: Jurnal Hukum Perdata (E-ISSN 3062-9845) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by the Department of Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Kuningan. The journal serves as a scholarly platform dedicated to the advancement of civil law studies, particularly in response to contemporary legal developments and the growing complexity of socio-economic transformations in the modern era.
LETTERLIJK focuses on the critical analysis and development of civil law, encompassing areas such as contract law, consumer protection, business law, property law, and the evolving dimensions of digital and commercial transactions. The journal aims to bridge theoretical perspectives and practical applications, encouraging interdisciplinary approaches that integrate legal doctrine with socio-economic and technological contexts.
Published biannually (June and December), LETTERLIJK accepts original research articles and conceptual papers that contribute to the enrichment of civil law scholarship. Volume 2 Nomor 2 (2025) memuat delapan artikel ilmiah yang mengkaji isu-isu kontemporer hukum perdata, mencakup perlindungan konsumen, hukum bisnis, perikatan dalam transaksi digital, tanggung jawab kontraktual, dan regulasi usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM). Artikel-artikel dalam edisi ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif dan empiris, dan diharapkan memberikan kontribusi akademik maupun praktis bagi pengembangan hukum perdata di Indonesia.
