Unifikasi: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum (ISSN 2354-5976 Print; 2580-7382 Online) is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original research articles and critical reviews in the fields of environmental, natural resources, and sustainable development law, as well as related areas of legal research. The journal is published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Kuningan, Indonesia.
The journal is dedicated to promoting the advancement of legal scholarship in Indonesia and beyond by providing an academic platform for researchers, legal scholars, practitioners, and policy analysts to disseminate their results and contribute to global discussions on law, sustainability, and environmental governance. Unifikasi: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum welcomes submissions from scholars and professionals from Indonesia and around the world on topics including:
- Environmental Law and Governance;
- Natural Resources Law;
- Sustainable Development Governance;
- Environmental Justice and Human Rights;
- Comparative and International Environmental Law.
All submissions to Unifikasi: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the academic quality, originality, and validity of the published research. The journal accepts manuscripts presenting innovative legal arguments, contemporary case research, and interdisciplinary perspectives. It also publishes work that contributes to the development of new legal theories, regulatory models, and governance frameworks in the field of environmental and sustainable development law.
Unifikasi: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is committed to supporting open access in legal scholarship and ensuring that research remains accessible to a wider audience, including academics, students, policymakers, and practitioners in developing countries.
