A TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) based science learning workshop for junior high school science teachers in Cirebon Regency needs to be carried out because of the need and demand to improve the quality of learning in the digital era and the implementation of an independent curriculum. The TPACK training workshop aims to equip teachers with the knowledge and applicable skills needed to integrate technology in TPACK-based science learning in implementing the independent curriculum. The methods used in workshops on strengthening and developing teacher TPACK include lecture, question and answer and assignment methods. The workshop results showed that there was an increase in participants' TCK (Technological Content Knowledge) from a pretest average of 50.25 to a posttest average of 61.25. Other TPACK integration components, namely TPK, PCK and TPACK, experienced a decline. This phenomenon is commonplace because the workshop focused on how information technology-based learning media is used in science learning. The material presented can increase understanding of technology combined with the content understanding that participants already have. This means that holding workshops has an impact on increasing teacher competency which leads to increasing teacher professional performance. The results of workshop activities can increase motivation to continue to develop teaching skills in integrating technology in learning, especially in implementing learning strategies that are appropriate to the topic and conditions of students as well as the demands of the independent curriculum currently being implemented by the school.
